D- 10 1-Minute Rounds of: 3 Power Clean @ 70% of above/In remainder of time AMRAP of: WallBall (20/14-Max Height’); 30 Seconds of Rest Between Rounds

What a great WOD. Everyone really came in and worked their tail off. I’m sorry that we could the the morning classes outside. Next year we will adjust the schedule so all the heats are out side.
I just wanted to say a special thanks to everyone who came out to chill at the block party. I had fun bonding with you guys. I like 26th street guys, it’s gonna be good for us. I will tell you what, I think they like us too 🙂

It was so nice being back this morning. CF 718 is still home…….just bigger and more awesome with ropes and rings galore and cool new platforms. I miss all you guys. Really good seeing some of you today. Congrats on the new place!! Looks great
