D- For Time: 18 HSPU/30 Double Unders/400M Run/12 HSPU/20 Double Unders/6 HSPU/30 Double Unders -10 Minute Cap
E- 2 Rounds of: Max Effort Plank on Rings/20 Tuck Ups immediately after each round of plank; 30 Seconds Rest between rounds + 20/20/20 Banded Push Down

I love how 718 has made Brooklyn into a small town where I run into at least two people I know every time I go to the supermarket. At least, we are all together as we hand over our wallets to Whole Foods!
