That AMRAP for a warm up was a gasser!
10 Min AMRAP – 20 DUs, 15 Burpees, 10 wallballs @ 20#
4 Rounds + 20 DUs (not bad for first WOD since Sunday after catching a cold)
3 Rounds of 1 PC + 3 PJ @ 150#
5 Rounds of 7 HPC @ 135# (unbroken) with 30 second rows/climber
AND got my test results for the cert last night. PASSED! Congrats to Tammy and Jess as well!

Couldn’t count at all today!
I was doing 10 burpees on warm up amrap instead of 15, then jump rope and shoe lace malfunctions man I was a mess…
Then did 5 Rds of Clean x1 / Jerk x3 @105 instead of 3!
Finally got it together for the last 5 sprint sets @85
Stayed plenty light today bc I promised myself I would. Shoulders still pretty sore so gonna take it easy for a while and work on form and flexability.
