17:36 (PR) Did kipping HSPU after the first 10, and was able to keep going to get 21 unbroken HSPU (PR). Off to work! No hurricane will get between people and their wine!
Jaimee, Hobs, and I played catch with a 25 pound baby as our WOD. Killer on the core. Those things are squirmy!
Irene was weak! Good worst case scenario practice though:)

The Strength Series was additional training in some of the more traditional powerlifting movements. It was a small group setting and we worked diligently to correct any flaws in our technique. Some of the movements were … Deadlifts (various types), squats ( back, front, OH), presses etc. We also did some non traditional movements : tire flips, keg cleans etc.
As of now the strength series has run its course keep an eye on the schedule for it to come up again.
