8 Minutes of Shoulder/Back/Hip/Ankle Mobility
A- WU- 400M Run @ 70-90% RPE + 6 Rounds of: 100M Sprint; 45 Seconds Rest (run to 100M marker, rest 45 seconds, sprint back to start line, repeat 6x’s)
B- EMOM for 20 Minutes: 20-50 Double Unders/12-15 Calorie Row/200M Run/12-20 K2E (Hanging Knee Raises)
C- 3 Rounds of: 20 Seconds Each False Grip Bent Arm Hang/Ring Support Hold/HandStand Hold (nose and toes to the wall)
*D- For Time: 50 Tuck Up/100 SuperMan
