5 RFT of : 10 DeadLift (245/165)/ 50 Double Unders- I got 4 full rounds before running iout of the 20 minute cap did the weight as RXed, I have to try this again.
15 min AMRAP of : 10 Burpee/ 10 Push Up/ 10 Ring Dip
4 full rounds.
warmed up with a 1:31 400 meter dash. Shoulders are tired. I felt like I was really strugglinig with the burpees and the push ups. I think the dead lifts really fatigued my upper body strength

10:59 Rx’d. ALL five rounds of the DUs were unbroken, which made me very happy. Damn near killed me, but that was my goal. First round of deads was unbroken, then it was 5 and 5 for the other four sets. Then Aaron had to go and beat me by 12 seconds! Awesome job to all the nooners today.

Only time burpees have every been easy. Ring dips were all ones today.

Thanks Dan that means allot coming from you, you know with your Dead Lift Double Under prowess:) I forgot to mention that my 1st, 2nd, 4th & 5th rounds were unbroken. Additionally my third round was 3 then 47. Really happy with that:) The headaches are caused by my fall alergies:(

1:18 for the 400m. Felt like I could have been a lot faster but didn’t have the juice.
Warmed up at 135/185/235 and felt like I could get this rx’d, but first rep I must have had shit form , wrenched my back and then dropped down to 185. In quite a bit of pain now. 21:09
Got 5 rounds 6 burpees on the amrap using a blue band.
