Fun day. 100 DU = 1:03. Felt ok, could have been better. Want sub 1min.
Couldn’t do the WOD today, so I spent some time on some rehab exercises.
Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5
115-125-125-125-135
Weighted Pullups 5-5-5-5-5
20-20-20-20-20
Box Squats 5-5-5-5-5 (I’ve NEVER done box squats before, so I wanted to try them out, and man they were fun!)
185-185-185-185-185
40 yard sprints = 5.20 was my fastest. My PR is 5.06 or something, but I was wearing vibrams today, and man it feels different! I really felt the uneveness of the ground.
I also did 4 muscle-ups today to see how they would feel with my arm. Didn’t feel great, but it was good to know, and it’s ALSO good to know that I can still do them. Kurt had to stop me (thanks Kurt!) because I probably would have kept going. Whatever, it was my birthday present to myself! 🙂
12/9/6 – clean @80lbs (started with 85 for first few) + worked on muscleup progression = 15:13
Sprints – stayed between 6.8 – 7.1

it’s a WOD that some crossfit boxes will be doing for the Navy Seal in honor of heroes that got killed on Aug 6, 2011. It’s a fundraiser but since we are doing FGB thought we could do this wod one day just for fun… it’s a partner wod.. you can find the info from the link I posted
