5 KBS @ 2 Pood
3 Handstand push-ups
175 pound Power clean, 1 rep
Got 20 rounds in 35:35 and had to go to work. Very long and tough wod. The KBS were supposed to be wall ball (which I would have preferred), but I still can’t squat.
Damn work getting in the way of the wod.
It was just in time. I had just started failing on the clean.
