Fun Friday morning. felt like we touched on a lot of different movements today. maxed out at 195 on the heavy double push jerk, I got up 205 but failed on the secont attempt
17:10 or 18:10 on the metcon. with a sprinkle of 44 Dips in there, 12 -10-11-11 Have a great weekend everybody.
