B- BTN Jerk- 5 Every 2 Minutes @ 50/60/70/75/80/70% of 8/18/15
C- Bench Press- 12 Minutes To A Challenging Single + 3 @ 50% of above Every 45 Seconds For 9 Rounds
D- 3 RFT of: 200M Farmers Walk (24/16KgX2 or 20/12KgX2)/10 K.B. DeadLift /12 Pendlay Row (135/95 or 95/65)

Whats the weight on the KB deadlift?
Shouldn’t the pendlay row be less weight then the deadlift?
We did 2 KB DL with the same weight as prescribed.
