8 Minutes of Back/Shouder/Ankle/Hip/Over Head Mobility
A- WU- Partner 2K Row
Notes: Partners will switch every 25oM until 2000M has been reached/Score= 2K Time
B- 15 Minute AMRAP of: 10 Box Jump Over (20/18″)/10 Push Press (115/75)
Notes: In Teams of 2/With only 1 partner working at a time/Partner A will do 1 Round of the couplet/Partner B will do 1 Round/On and Off box jump overs are acceptable/Power Jerk is acceptable/Score= Total # of rounds + any additional reps completed in time cap
C- 12 Minute AMRAP of: 200M Run/15 M.B. Clean (20/14)/15 WallBall (20/14-10′)
Notes: In Teams of 2/ Partner B Will Run while Partner A does MB Cleans and WallBall/When Partner B returns they switch/Partners will continue in this fashion until time cap is reached/Score= Total # of M.B Cleans+Wall Ball
