I did Subway Series WOD for South Brooklyn (Dariel told me the WOD, so I hope this it is..well hope is the wrong word b/c it sucked- my biceps are extremely sore so I had a tough go at this and I could barely catch my breath the entire time. Oddly enough the pull ups were the easiest part)
