Today didn’t feel that hard to me. Cardio stuff is my base I guess.
1 mile run: 7:11 pr
death by burpees, although I feel like it’d have to be 15 to 20 rounds to be considered DEATH by burpees. This was more, slight discomfort due to burpees. haha
25/20/15/10/5 RFT (used a 12kg kettlebell) in 6:50 I think.
oh yea, and we did the rollouts too. My first time to do those, they definitely need some work. And I kept imagining those infomercials for that ab roller thing that was all the rage 5 years ago or so. haha
I bought one of those things … you pretty much buzzed through that triplet. i think it was your double unders that made it go so fast for you. you killed my time but then again I am slow

Fun WOD today.
1 Mile Run: 7:04 (not bad, I think I did 7:57 on my last mile, and I think I’ve got some more in the tank there.
Death by burpees: Nicely put Jes, slight discomfort due to burpees, LOL.
25/20/15/10/5 RFT 2pood KB swings, situps, and double unders: 13:47. Not bad, but I couldn’t get my DU’s rhythm till the last sets where I did the last two unbroken.
Rollouts: Yea, I suck at these, but Jon was like a pro!
Extra credit: kicking the chalk bucket. I’m super pro at that. rx’d it!

Wow, I’m a moron, For some reason I had it in my head that 2pood was 24kg, not 32.

1 burpee the 1st minute/2 burpees the second minute; continue in this fashion for 10 minutes- small laceration by Burpees- 15 would have really started hurting bad.
25/20/15/10/5 RFT of: Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)/ Ab Mat Sit Ups/ Double Unders- I need to work on DU’s iz I don’t recall my time but it was a lot slower than jes. I couldn’t believe she was done. 12 something maybe I have to check with my notebook.
Bar Rollouts (kneeling)- I had fun with these and they didn’t hurt as much as the one that chuck norris was sellign on that late 90’s infomercial. the Bar was much more stable. Have a good weekend people.

Was super excited today because I was SUPPOSED to be getting my new tattoo RIGHT NOW, but it has been postponed until Wednesday. BOOOOOOO.
Anyway.
Triplet = 5:53 Rx’d. Everything was unbroken except the first round of DUs, where I hit my foot after 17. Stupid rope.
Did the 1 mile run as a cool down at a slow pace, 8min was my time, 6:06 is my PR.
Did some rollouts too, ouch. Kudos to the 10am and noon class for killing everything today! Super impressive guys!
And congrats to Stacie on her first WOD with us! Excellent job!!!

Wish I could do the strength Classes too but this stupid job thing is getting in the way of my crossfitting… O well… If only I could pay the bills with Burpees and Pull Ups.

Mild discomfort due to Burpees: I was good until the last round.
5 RFT 25-20-15-10-5 of KB Swings / Ab-mat Sit-ups / DU
I used an 18# KB and finished in 9:42. Thankful that DUs and I have finally found a rhythm. 🙂
I did one set of bar roll-outs. Fun class.
