A- WU- 5 Rounds of: 30/30 Jingle Jangles + 2 RNFT of: 6 HSPU/6 Ring Dip/6 Diamond Push Up -9 Minute Cap
B- Press- 3 Minutes WU Press + 3 @ 55-60% Every 45 Seconds for 9 Rounds (5% more weight than 7/23 or 7/16)
C- Clean Grip Bench Press- 15 Minutes To A Heavy Set of 20 Reps
D- 3 RFT of: 9 Calorie Row/15 C2B Pull Up/21 HRPU -12 Minute Cap
*E- NFT- 100 Banded Push Downs
