8 Minutes of Ankle/Calve/ Hip/Shoulder Mobility
A- WU- 3 Rounds of: 30/30/ Jingle Jangles + 2 RNFT of: 30 Seconds Max Reps Double Unders/10 each Cossack Squat/10 each Walking Lunges
B- 10 Rounds of: 40 Yard Dash; 45 Seconds Rest Between Sprints
Notes: Take extra time and care to stretch you Quadriceps. Calves and Hamstrings. Use first 3 rounds as a warm up.
C- 3 RFT of: 200′ Waiters Walk (16/12KgX2)/500M Row/15 GHD Sit Up
D- Max Distance Handstand Walk- In remainder of time practice perfecting your handstand walk.

Marcos and I had our first meals from Kettlebell Kitchen last night and they were so good. He had the large which was almost too much food (Marcos had to work to finish it) and I got the medium which was also a good amount and I was very satisfied afterward. Highly recommend checking these guys out if you want good food at a reasonable price. I already placed my second order. #crossfitproblems
I had the medium Chicken Bolognese last night: so delicious. So stuffed after!
Update: I just had the Wild Salmon cakes, and they are AWESOME. The aioli is BOMB. I heated it up oven style. Highly recommend doing that if you have the time. Also, it was the medium, and the portion size is huge! I plated it up on our normal dinner plates, and it took up the entire plate. I think the large sizes are probably best for big dudes or muscle gain: however I think the medium is enough for almost anyone.
