Notes: In teams of 2 with both partners working at the same time/Row 2K, alternating every 200M/While Partner A Rows 200M, Partner B will AMRAP/Once Partner A completes 200M they will switch/For Plate Burpee athlete must touch chest to the plate and end standing on the plate every rep/Score= Total time to complete 2K (Tie breaker: in the event there is a tie, the team with the most rounds of the amrap will win).
