5 Minutes of Calf/Ankle/Back/Hip/Shoulder Mobility
A- Partner WU (9/14/13)- 4 Minute AMRAP of: 10 Air Squat/ 5 Push Up (Partners alternate rounds)
B- Partner WOD (9/14/13)- For Time: 2 Mile Run/60 WallBall (20/14-10′)/2K Row/50 Box Jump (24/20″)/1 Mile Run
Notes: Partners will split work in half/Only 1 Partner works at a time/Partners must complete all distance,reps before moving to the next movement/Score=Total Time
C- Partner WOD 2 (9/14/13)- Team Plank= 3 Rounds of: Max Effort “Team Plank” ;90 Seconds Rest between efforts
Notes: 4 Partners per team/Must hold “team plank” position the whole time.
