Ok Mike…. Primetimers…. I fixed the schedule.
Starting Next week we will go back to
5pm – Mon/ Wed/ Thur
6pm – Tue/ Wed/ Fri
7pm – Mon/ Tues/ Thurs/ Fri
I am working on offering a more consistant schedule without killing my husband. Hopefully very soon we will have 7-8 classes a day..

we ended up doing the 35 minute version because we were short on time.

This AMRAP looks SCARY!!
‘Twas the morning before the WOD,
when all through the house
the kettle bells were silent
not even a thud.
The jump ropes were hung by the whiteboard with care,
In hopes that PrimeTime soon would be there;
The athletes were nestled all snug in their cubicles,
With visions of cats skinning and spinning in their heads;
And mamma in her ‘minimalist’, and Coach Iz in his Vibram
Had just finished the last touches on Work Out of the Day,
When within the box I heard such a sound
3 – 2 – 1 and I sprang from my chair
Away I flew through 3 skin the cats
Tore at the 44# kettle bell and 5 turkish get ups per arm
The pitter patter of rain drops and the whirl of the double under
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
A terrible max effort wall walk and eight tiny reindeer.
With little, stubby arms and sore, tired shoulders I pushed
Until inverted I stood with gasping, groaning lungs.
More rapid than quick those 45 minutes did tick
I moved from one movement to them all
And boy did I feel like I would fall
But not until the time was done.
Did I call out that I had fun.
With a loud voice and proclaim, “5 Rounds + 3 Skin-the-cats (no kipp/no jump) + 5/5 TGU @ 44# Total 294 DUs and Total 17 wall walks!
Beat that or be lame!”

Awesome. Did you burn just as many calories of brain power coming up with that as you did doing the workout or does it come easy for you?! 😉

Good work on that. i was sitting here thinkign about the work this morning and feelinig like 5 rounds that I did wasn’t all that much work in 45 minutes. Now i don’t feel that bad. Good work this am. Second time in last 5 days that I had back to back WODs. and I am sore as hell. a good sore though. I will be back on tuesday am I think

WU = one round of the official CF warmup
5 min AMRAP of inchworms, broad jumps, bear crawl, crab walk. Halfway across the gym for each. Got three full rounds, I believe.
WOD:
I did the whole thing with 24KG.
I finished four full rounds + the skin the cats + TGUs + 30 seconds of DUs.
DUs = 77, 77, 70, 77, 50 = 351 total
WW = 3, 3, 3, 3 = 12 total
All the skin-the-cats were strict with no jump, and no kip. I almost went with the 2 pood bell, but didn’t want to totally kill myself today.
It was fun WODing with the 10am class today! Nice job Aaron and Jon! Great class, Tammy!

Warm Up- Coaches Choice burpees for being late + some shoulder work that Coach Kurt had invented back in the late 80’s when he used to break dance including the worm, crab walk and some other random quadrepedal movements. Love that sht.
AMRAP in 45 min of: 3 Skin The Cat/5 ea TGU (challenging but doable)/ 60 seconds max rep Double Unders/60 seconds max rep Wall Walk- I bounced off the floor to get the skin the cats in and I used the 16 KG bell. I need to work on the DU’s but i found a better rhythm by the end. Wall walks should be called skin the knee. 5 rounds +3 skin the cats and 2 tgu’s . I did 15 skin the knee , and about 100 total double unders.
I hada good morning today, I wasn’t sure how I would feel other than sore. 4 Wods in 5 days. feeling great. Good working with coach Kurt and Chris the am. See you next tuesday .
