Came in last night to watch Tam, D, Drea and Anthony- who all put in an amazing performance! Seriously guys..you gave it everything you had- to Tammy’s HSPU and Deads and Drea’s crazy amount of Deadlifts and Anthony’s 2 RM Bench Press to D’s 50 HSPU…everyone pushed to their limits and it was awesome to see!
