Farmer’s Carries are still a goat. Well, actually farmer’s carry, 2 pood kettlebell swings, and push ups are all goats. BUT the KBS and push ups felt pretty good.
Had a great WOD today.
PR’ed my back squat by 5lb – 155×3
Set new record on press – 60×3
Fun Cash out. Found myself doing a 400m run with a 45lb bar did 20 cleans and 10 snatches at the gas station. For a good time of 5 min or less
