Dropped the KB to my sides at the turn for about 5 sec but never put them down.
150/100/100 – 27:08
I broke this up into 10 sets of 15/10/10. I was surprised that the cleans were the toughest part – a real strain on the quads. It probably had something to do with the 200+ ball slams and snatches we’ve done over the last couple days.
