strength class this morning. 400 m jog, 400 m sandbag run. 15 minutes to work to a heavy clean with a thruster. 175 and then failed at 185. then we threw around some Kegs, did some box jumps and rope climbs. 9 rds of lifting 90lb keg shouldering, 3 box jumps and 1 rope climb. a fun one.
Mich sucked and Bama is that good. Go Lions

65/75/75. Should’ve been more aggressive here..
3 RFT: Bear Complex (Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press) x 5 (135/95) with 2 mins rest in between rds
11:25 @ 95 lbs

Sorry about the no Gymnastics yesterday and today guys. Fighting a nasty little bug, and had a nice fever of 102 last night.
Had some extra time to think of programming for gymnastics next week. What you think? Maybe a giant swing? We could find enough padding somewhere….

Max Effort Jerk: 65/75/85/95/105/115PR (did split jerks)
Death by jerks @60% of max, mine was #75
completed the first 9 rounds, round10 = only got 7 holy wrists
a quick little metcon:
2 rounds of 30second max effort of:
box jumps @24 (6 and 11) busted my shin before i even started
burpees (8 and 7)
power clean @75 (8 and 6)
pullups (i had to scale because of my injured bicep, so I did reverse dumbell pulls) (12 and 11)
