Before the New Year arrives (and yes through the holidays!!) we would like to organize a wellness challenge.
The goal is to make positive changes in your life that will help you live healthier. Nutrition is the foundation of good health and holistic wellness! As Im sure you have figured out, you can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet. With the foundation of a good diet, you will exponentially increase the benefits derived from all your hard work at the Box!
Improving the quality of exercise, mobility and sleep will make you a healthier human and a more capable athlete. The 718 Wellness Challenge will reward your efforts to improve in all of the aforementioned areas. When you sign up for the challenge you will have the support of other athletes who have the same goals. The challenge is open to anyone who would like to participate. Please invite anyone you think would benefit to join us in this fun friendly and supportive challenge. You are the sum of all of your efforts, let’s set a good trend for 2016.
