For some odd reason I found the push press easier when just using my arms and not including the snap. Perhaps it’s because I’d just run? I did hip extensions instead of back extensions.
(Coach Iz, remind me that I need to tell you something about my lower back…)

75 kettle bell swings / 50 ring rows / 25 ring dips
50 kettle bell swings / 40 ring rows / 20 ring dips
25 kettle bell swings / 30 ring rows / 15 ring dips

I had a lot of trouble with the ring rows… I was fighting off pretty bad nausea. That’s what I get for eating a plate of pad thai before class, I guess. Ugh.
I’d say this beat out Smurph for the hardest one so far.
Today I worked on my pull ups. 14 total. Still haven’t been able to do any unbroken. If there was a Zombie chompin at my heels…… I be dead :-/
Also playing around and attemting to do a Ring Muscle up. Pretty embarrassing but FUN.
