Bring a Friend Day! Starting next Saturday, April 2nd, we will be doing a “Bring A Friend Day” the first Saturday of every month. This will give everyone a chance to get in a friend or loved one that maybe has some questions about CrossFit and wants to give it a try, but doesn’t want to come in alone. We’ll be programming a workout that is scaleable to everyone’s ability (no crazy olympic lifts or anything!), so we can all have some fun. So spread the word, and let’s have some fun!
