Failed on every attempt at 155. The “fast elbows” become very difficult when the load is around body weight.

My shoulders, especially in the rack and overhead position (during HSPU’s) were extremely soar so a little lacrosse ball love after class helped.

I can’t remember my weight, but I think I maxed at either 165 or 175. It was a pr either way.

9:21 rx’d. 155 is pretty close to my max, so the pulls really slowed me down.
How’s about a workout with 100 or so GI Janes? I’ve never done that before, and I liked that movement a lot!

Failed max attemps on PC because of all the other pulls. SUPER psyched to hit a new PR though, 180# is body weight.

PR’s everywhere today!!!! What a great day.. and here I wasn’t feeling well coming in.
I did my first chin-up with no bands or support of any kind!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Then… I did 9 DU’s unbroken!!!! was never able to do that before, used to jump one DU with one regular in between… 🙂 🙂
At last I PR’d my squat clean and my clean!! 🙂
