Save the Date: July 9th @ 8am 718 will be having a Beach WOD & BBQ at Manhattan Beach. We would like everyone to bring their families and enjoy a day of Fun in the Sun. We are planning on a KB WOD, Tug a War, KB Throws, Long Jumps, Death by Watery Push ups LOL… And what ever else comes up… I cant wait!
Parking is available. Everyone should bring something. Some food, drinks, cups, plates, spoons ,napkins & BYOB.. Post to comments what you feel like brining…

Burgers and Buns, and all the BBQ Supplies like foil, Spatchula, Charcole, Fire & sauce…..

Steve did this whole work out with me but because he is too cool to take part in the blog I will let everyone know he finished everything just a few seconds off my pace. Great job Steve!
And for all those that took part in the White Water trip you should know the Turkey hole is gone from my car and for less than $100. I think I can begin to put that behind me and really begin to heal. And thanks Steve for dropping me at the auto body shop!

And we did 30 seconds of the Versa Climber and I just couldn’t wrap my head around it. I’m not even sure what I got, but I know that it wasn’t very good.
Finished with the 50 reps of SDHP @ 75#, 20# ball slam, ring rows with 20# box, PP @ 75# and hip extension… 15:50. Those ring rows were tuff.
