fun morning, and much cooler out than the noon class yesterday which was nice
You killed that WOD yesterday!! I tried it today and went as far as I could and you still murdered my score!! All I can say is that my run and my Presses were consistent.
I told you yesterday’s WOD almost killed me. i literally was flat on my back for a solid 10 minutes after and I never do that. haha No pain no gain right?

Weighted Pull Up- 2/2/2/2/2/2/2 used the vest and was able to do it with vest + one sand bag. lost count of reps but was more than RXed. worked on the dead hang pull ups as well
