I am excited about the party, but i am nervous to have so many kids running around… got to come up with some games today..
I did the WOD but did GI janes instead of the burpees . 200 m run / 30 gijanes/200m run 25 gi Janes/ 200 m run 20/gi janes / 200 me run /15/ etc down to 5. 24:25 loved it and yes that Nu skin was like pouring battey acid on my hands. Pretty sure I am still high from smelling that sht.
TGU’s 4x @ 16/ 18/ 20 and 24 Kilo I like these things .
