Fight Gone Bad

Crossfit 718 & CrossFit Dumbo together will be hosting FGB on September 17, 2011.

    1 Squat Clean @ 185 / 1 Power Clean @ 185 / 3 Bar Muscle Ups / 5 Burpee Box Jumps @ 32″

    I liked that WOD. Good explosive training

    Warm up: worked on pose running for 800 meters: 2:57 (didn’t expect to be that fast… coach told us to 75% it, but it felt good)

    20 Min AMRAP
    1 clean @ 165#
    1 PC @ 165#
    3 Muscle Ups (rings)
    5 Burpee box jumps @ 24#

    8 Rounds. Felt strong on the muscle ups, and the burpee box jumps were quick. The cleans were heavy, but fun.

    1 power clean @ 65lb
    3 muscle ups (sub 6 pull ups 6 box dips)
    5 burpee box jumps

    10 rounds
    i ended up moving to the band for my pull ups (baby powder and pullups don’t mix!)

    Iz and I had the best day, we both actally were able to stay in bed past 9, for maybe the first time in over a year!! I want to thank every one of our private training athletes who modified their schedules to help give Iz a day off. Thank You!

    I want to mention Chrysties performance tonight, every round of pull ups were unbroken. You go girl 9 Rounds plus 1!!
