This 3 week cycle will be hosted by Coach Jacinto, and will run Monday’s and Wednesdays @ 6:30pm starting June 20th. If you know anyone who is interested in CrossFit, send them my way!!

So starting this Thursday (and every Thursday in the summer) lululemon Brooklyn will offer Free yoga classes in Prospect Park @ 7pm. Maybe we should get a group of people and go stretch it out after a WOD?

Paleo Sucks!!! I can’t even hang!! I want to be down so bad but it’s so hard!! I am very disappointed with myself.

Don’t be too hard on yourself Tam! Have you cut out any sugar from your diet? Have you added some more natural foods? Are you eating extra fruits and veggies? Do you eat less preservatives? If you answer yes to any of these it sounds like a success to me! Just like crossfit we all have room to improve and get better at everything we do. You are never done, right? You didn’t dead lift 170lbs day 1 did you? Well you can’t totally revamp your diet in a day either. Make small changes that will at some point be very significant. Keep working at it because you’re doing great.
Awww that’s sweet Cory!!! I wont lie this diet highlights all the bad things I eat. I am very aware of my choices and when I cheat, it’s like cheating at a WOD… I tried harder today
I will keep trying.
