    Was really feeling the 105 GI Janes from yesterday…
    1/2 Cindy was only 9 rounds + 4 pullups. Over a round off from my PR. Ah well.

    Then worked up to 325# on the deadlift, which is 89% of my 1RM. Didn’t have time for the box jumps. Awesome group today!

    1/2 Cindy – It was either 7 or 8 rounds. Let’s say 7 plus 3 pull ups.

    Dead-lifts @ 80% of 1RM… 10×1 – We didn’t really follow Rx… Oops! 😉

    95×3, 105×3, 115×1, 125×1, 125×1 135×1, 140×1, 140×1, 145×1, 145×1.

    Box Jumps – got up to 24″ PR

    50 sit ups for time – 1:04 🙂

    I think I hit 39″ on the box jump, and got to the top on my knees after that.

    AND 50 GHD situps in 2:25.
