Liz and I did this together and we should’ve started heavier so we would have done less reps. And my last couple looked terrible, I felt like I was doing the worm. haha

Ok, so my shoulder is officially out of commission for at least the next couple of weeks, maybe more. So no pressing, pushing, nothing overhead. Boo. Looks like a lot of squats and deadlifts for me coming up.
Today I spent 45 minutes on mobility, then did back squat 5-5-5-5-5 sets across at 225#. Felt good. Stupid shoulder.
I’ve been sore wince the 165# C&J open WOD, and been powering through anyway… The push presses on Friday and the 1/2 cindy pushups on Saturday did it. Hurts to even push a door open right now.

So now I will be smart and let it recover and heal. Headed to the Chiro soon to see what she says. So be prepared for my deadlift to hit 405# and my squat to hit 315# in the next two weeks. Ha! 😉

Also looking at that picture it seems that my arms are bent a lot more than Cory’s at the bottom position, do you think I should go wider on my hand positioning so I am moving a shorter distance ?

It looks like it is head position more than arm width. Aim for the top of your head. You look like you are hitting with your forehead.
