B: Bottoms Up 3 Position Snatch – Max The Complex
1 Each ground up from Pos 3,2,1
C: EMOM 10 of:
1 X 3 Position Snatch
20 Double Unders
For 3 Position Snatch build from 50% of above, adding 5-10# every minute. Build heavy but no misses! If you miss back the weight down to last successful weight and go sets across for the remainder of the 12 minutes.
*D: Weighted Pull-ups – Build To A Challenging Single
Build To A Challenging Single @20X1 + 1/1/1@90%; Rest as needed.
