C: Partner WOD: 150 Seconds:
Max Reps Bench Press (135/95)/Max Reps S2Sh (95/75); 30 Seconds Rest Between Movements
In teams of 2, with both partners working at the same time. While Partner A completes max reps CGBP, Partner B will complete max reps Stone To Shoulder. Both partners will rest 30 seconds, then Partner A will complete max reps Stone To Shoulder while Partner B completes max reps CGBP.
Scale weight as needed.
