After class, I practiced the KB WOD for Saturday…
AMRAP of 1.5 pood KB snatches, only 1 hand transfer, no resting KB on any body part:
50 total reps (25/arm).
Super happy with that, not sure how I’ll do outside on Saturday though!

Great WOD today!!! Real happy with my time for the 21/15/9. Looking forward to a rest day! Now off to enjoy some grilled jerk chicken with asparagus and cauliflower. This paleo thing ain’t half bad.
