15 Banded Pull Apart
B: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch – 15 Minutes Max The Complex
Hang Snatch from below the knee.
Build up heavy with no press outs or misses; Rest as needed between work sets.
C: Weighted Pull-ups – 5Rm
+ 5/5@80-90%; Rest 60-120 Seconds Between Sets.
D: EMOM 6 of:
5-10 Pull Up
Practice Butterfly C2B or Pull Up or Kipping C2B or Pull Up.
