The ladder will ascend every 3-minutes until the athlete can not complete the ladder.
For C2B scale to pull up or kneeling pull up. For OHS scale weight as needed.
C: EMOM 10 of:
15 Seconds Max Reps Tuck Up/Plank in time remaining.
