B- Partner WOD=
16 Minute AMRAP of:
250M Row (Damper 5)
50 WallBall (20#-10’/14#-9′)
50 Box Jump (20)
50 WallBall
Max Reps Burpees in time remaining.
Notes: In team of 2/While Partner A Rows 250M, Partner B will complete box jumps/When Partner A finishes they will pick up Box Jumps from wherever Partner B has left off/Partner B will row 250M/Partners will continue in this fashion for 20 Minutes switching off every time someone completes 250M Row/Once the second set of Box Jumps is completed the team will continue to switch off and accumulate as many burpees collectively in the time remaining.
