Real happy about the OHS PR – 20# jump on my last pr. And my inverted holds were coming along over the last 4 or 5 reps. Difficult move.

1000m row in 3:30ish, forget my exact time. 3:29, i believe.
3 rounds of the wall walks / reverse wall walks.
OHS – forget the progression, but PR’d at 150lbs.
Did some inverted holds on the rings.
32 burpees, and did two days worth of handstand holds, 30 seconds, and 40 seconds. SORE…
Love the fact that we’re all PRing every day! Feels great!
