Heavy thrusters. My nemesis… Pretty happy with the results, though. My overhead stuff is finally getting better, little by little.

Then I did a 50 sec handstand against the wall, and my 33 burpees for the day. I’m seriously dreading the end of the month, when I’ll have to do like 60 burpees and 30 handstand pushups (or a 5 minute handstand hold…)

Thrusters: 35*5 – 40*5 – 45*3 – 50*3 – 55*1 – 60*1 – 65*1 PR! (I’m new! They’re all PRs.)
Met Con: used #12 ball; 9 min and something seconds…
I can’t do handstand pushups, but I did my own little modified wall handstand until my arms started to shake too much. It’s something…!
You can always try to hold the Handstand for 10 Seconds, take a break and do it again… That will help you gain the strength you need to progress…
