Well it looks like I’m gonna run at least one mile, along with the rest of the Comp Team… anyone who’s interested is more than welcome to join us @ 6:00pm tonight!
So far Crossfit 718 is in the top 37% of the region.
So after looking at all past open WODs it looks like 13.2 is the most likely to be repeated.

Assuming he doesn’t repeat a movement lie in past years.
Think they bump the weight? Maybe 135/95?

I guess it won’t happen with the doubles already being done…
This workout was already repeated- don’t know if they would do it a 3rd time
yea this wod is prob not happening since double unders was already used but, this year has been different and its possible a movement might be double represented. Maybe not Double unders but C2B was poorly used.
HQ just posted a tutorial video on Bar muscle ups. That would be interesting to see.
