A- WU- 2 Rounds of: 30 Seconds Each-
Double Unders/Burpee/Hollow Rock/Superman Rock +
2RNFT of: 10 PVC OH Wall Facing Prisoner Squat/10 Ring Row

B- OHS- 12 Minutes To A Challenging Single

C- 12 Minute AMRAP of:
3 OHS (95/65)
3 C2B Pull Up
6 OHS
6 C2B
9 OHS
9 C2B etc.,

Notes: Continue in the same fashion adding 3 reps to each movement for 12 minutes.
