YES Squat Cleans!!!!!
Grace is ground to overhead anyhow- meaning power or squat (but if you need to squat it will be a less efficient and HARDER workout).
Squat Clean Grace?!?! I like the dedication… I also am not likely gonna make this one…
We did squat cleans in the 6am class. Some videos online show power cleans. either way…spicy!
