A- WU- 3 Minutes of: Rowing + 3 Rounds @ a sustainable pace of: 3 WallBall (20-10’/14#-9′ or 20/14#-Max Height)/3 USSR K.B. Swing (24/16Kg or 20/12kg or HBD)/3 Ab Mat Sit Ups/3 Burpees

B- Fight Gone Bad (ish)- 3 Rounds of: 1 Minute Each Max Reps- WallBall/USSR K.B.S/Ab Mat Sit Up/Row/Burpee; 1 Minute rest between rounds

    Saw Shante “The Movement Maestro” this afternoon. She was very helpful in helping me understand the issue I was having with my shoulder. She helped loosen it up, gave me recommendations, and applied “Rock Tape” to my shoulder. If you have an injury, want to prevent an injury, or simply want to have some “Rock Tape” applied I highly recommend you pay her a visit.
    She is the real deal!
