Join us this Saturday 10/27 @ 12pm for our big event. We will be taking on “Grace” for a good cause. So far we raised over $4000 as a team, Great work! Dont forget to sign the potluck sheet to let us know what you plan on bringing.

5 Minutes of Hip/ Back/ Leg Mobility
1 Minute Technique Row/1K Row
DeadLift– 20 Minutes to Establish A New 1 RM (20 Minute Cap/don’t switch grip until greater that 80%)
Angie= For Time- 100 Pull Ups/100 Push Ups/100 Sit Ups/100 Air Squats
(you must complete all of the pull ups before beginning the push ups and all push ups before sit ups etcetera)
