6am (Brutal) Endurance WOD:
400M Run / 50 Curtis P’s (75/45): Got through about 30 Curtis P’s Rx before running out of time. The racked lunges from Tuesday just killed me.
Split Jerk, 12 min to 1RM: 95/115/135/145 I could’ve matched my 155 PR, but ran out of time.
21/15/9 RFT: Front Squats (135/95) / Burpees. 9:52 Rx. My fault for taking a break after 8min mark – I thought we were stopping then.
Good luck to everyone doing Barbells for BOOOOBS tomorrow. I wish I could make it, unfortunately I’ll be out of town.
warming up with 400m run and 50 Curtis P’s 12:40 was tough. Split Jerked 205 and I think I could have gone to 215, I will try it next time. 21-15-9 burpees front squats took 9:24 @ 135# Great workout today coach. really a lot of fun.
