All the athletes that partook in the wod gave a great performance. Cindy did 30 reps at 75% of her 1rm . Song is so strong he straight push pressed his way through. Antoine had 10 reps in at the 30 second mark. Tina did one legged grace with 45lbs wow!!. Great job to everyone,

I’m sorry that we couldn’t make it today! Ryan’s brother was in town and we’d planned to go to Six Flags when he visited. I was bummed to miss this!! And so was OLIVIA GRACE!!!
