I am making a run to my printer early next week, so I can have some hoodies printed with my Logo for Iz and Myself.. Some of you already expressed interest in new T’s and some sweatshirts. If you can bring a NEW garment that you would like to have our logo printed on, please bring it in by Monday 10/10. I figure it would be better if everone just picked out their own styles and Colors. NO Fleece!! The Printing will you Cost only $10 per garment. You will be allowed to Choose your own Colors for the prints aswell. This goes for everone including Coaches.
Super noodle today, that was me… Ran well, PR’ed the deadlift at 285 but still think I have way more in me. Crap AMRAP – 5 rounds, but my T2B are getting way better.

MetCon felt good, except for my burning palms. Heart rate and core strength felt good and stable.

880m -> 3:00 – I was definitely feeling last night’s air squats during this!
Deadlifts: 235/260/295/295 – wanted to get up to a higher weight, but I didn’t make it. Need to try this again soon.

Got some new Vibrams and gave them a spin yesterday on the Cape on the bike path through the P-Town dunes. Tried to make it a 5K run to break in my calves, but ran the wrong way and ran 7.4 miles. Calves were still pretty tight and I decided to skip the 800 meter run.

12 minute AMRAP: 9 Rounds + 5/3 rx’d Was crushing this one until the T2B caught up to me and I slowed down fast.
I bruised the nail on my big toe from T2B!

I wantedto go to my Local Printer.. We are going to use the Tire Logo in the back… And the Front will be the Reg Crossfit 718 Font going down the sleeve or chest.
You dont have to get anything on the back if you didnt want to..
