100 walking lunges per leg: 5:51. Ouch.

I did 5×5 at 65# to work on my arm.
Tabata kb thruster:
10-8-8-8-8-6-6-7 = 61. Ouch.
Stayed after and did a bunch of mobility work and some rehab exercises on my arm/shoulder.

ugh oh 5:54 on the lunges i suck at double unders but my ankles aren’t correct . I worked with slootsky on the press and it worked out well, got to 145 and I felt great doing it. 10# more than the prior week. I got 64 thrusters using the 24kg KB- 10-10-10-9-7-6-6-6 u guess with tabata i am only as good as my worst set. i enjoyed working out with the night crew good energy.
